🔁 2. Reverse Shipping (Returns / Exchanges)
2.1 Eligibility for Return/Exchange

Reverse pickup is applicable only if:

Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect item delivered
Request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
2.2 Non-Eligible Cases

Due to hygiene & safety standards:

Opened supplement products cannot be returned
Used or tampered products are not eligible
2.3 Reverse Pickup Process
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup
Pickup usually happens within 2–5 business days
Product must be:
Unused
In original packaging
With invoice
2.4 Self-Shipping (If Reverse Pickup Not Available)

In certain areas where reverse pickup is unavailable:

Customer must ship the product to our warehouse
Shipping cost will be reimbursed (if claim is valid)
2.5 Replacement / Refund Timeline
Inspection after product reaches warehouse: 2–3 days
Replacement dispatch: 2–4 days
Refund processing: 5–7 business days (via original payment method)
2.6 Reverse Shipping Charges
Free for damaged/incorrect products
Chargeable for:
Customer-initiated returns (if allowed)
Failed delivery due to customer issues
2.7 Failed Reverse Pickup

If pickup fails due to:

Customer unavailable
Incorrect address
