Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

Product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered
Request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons:

Opened supplements cannot be returned
Used products are not eligible
3. Refund Process
Refunds are processed after inspection
Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days
Refund will be issued to original payment method
4. Replacement Policy

We offer replacement if:

Product is damaged during shipping
Incorrect product delivered
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
